METALLICA DRESSING ROOM CATERING RIDER
All dressing room catering is to be placed approximately four (4) hours prior to the Metallica on stage time.
The Organic/Heath Food items can be found at a Whole Foods, Wild Oats, or any good Heath Food Store.
We know this rider is large and complex, thank you for your help in advance.

Please make all trays for eight (8) People. Space plays a factor so please keep them small.

Please serve in chafing dishes and enough to serve eight (8), people. people (I find 3 chaffing dishes with each item in third pans works the best as space does play a factor). It can be the same items being served in Metallica Crew Catering (DISHES CAN’T CONTAIN ANY ALCOHOL)
It shall consist of:
• One Beef or Pork Entrée
• One Chicken Entrée
• One VEGAN Entrée (No Dairy, Fish or Meat Products)
• One package (6 or 8) vegetarian Tofu Hot Dogs (cooked and served in water)
• Mashed Potatoes
• One Vegetable (Please choose from Broccoli, Peas, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Asparagus,
Corn or Carrots)
• Spaghetti or pasta of your choice (please mix with olive oil so pasta doesn’t stick)
